Co-founder and Partner
Todd Lake is a commercial lending professional and co-founder of Hotelloans.com, with more than a decade of experience structuring and closing hotel financing nationwide. His expertise spans SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, ground-up hotel construction, conventional bank financing, bridge loans, CMBS, and mezzanine debt. He combines hands-on transaction experience with an extensive lender network to help hotel owners and developers evaluate financing options, structure transactions, and navigate underwriting through closing.
Todd also serves as Executive Director of Loan Syndication and Structured Finance at Savel Capital Management, where he structures complex capital solutions involving senior debt, junior debt, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity.
Chad Anger
Co-founder and Partner
Chad Anger is a commercial real estate partner at Hotelloans.com, with nearly a decade of experience structuring and financing transactions nationwide. His expertise spans SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, conventional bank and credit union financing, bridge loans, CMBS, and ground-up hotel construction. He specializes in navigating complex scenarios, including second-lien options and Property Improvement Plan (PIP) financing.
Over his career, Chad has consulted on or funded more than 380 transactions, combining deep technical insight with active problem-solving to deliver tailored capital solutions for hotel owners and developers.
